Chengdu is the birthplace of ancient Shu civilization, with many historical sites such as Dujiangyan and Wuhou Temple. It is also the "Food Capital", where delicious foods like hotpot and skewered snacks make people drool. Besides, there are lovely giant pandas and modern urban landscapes, making it a charming city where history and modernity blend.

Mount Emei is located on the south of Leshan. It is towering, beautiful, old and mysterious, like a huge green screen standing in the southwest of the Chengdu Plain. Looking its winding and beautiful figure, you will find that it resembles very much an eyebrow of a girl. It is the highest among all the famous sight-seeing mountains in China. We’ll take cable car up to Wannian Temple, then walk to visit Monkey Area. Down from the mountain, we will drive back to Chengdu for overnight.

After breakfast, this morning is a highlight of your trip, as you visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, the best place to see China’s most endearing residents. Tour the museum and see a movie on the Giant Panda’s habitat and evolution. Depending on the pandas activities at the time of your visit. Then we drive to visit Wenshu Temple. After the temple.we’ll take a walk among the famous pedestrian streets named Jinli Old Street and Kuaizhai Alley, known as the First Street of Shu Kingdom. It is a famous snack street in Chengdu. The ambiance is just like stepping back into the past, well presented and historically brilliant.Back to hotel. Overnight in Chengdu. Back to hotel. Overnight in Chengdu.
